Welcome Back!

Tonight is the first practice of the season for the Burlington Kendo Club! See you all at Tansley Woods at 7:30!

The Burlington Kendo Club offers traditional Kendo under the instruction of Yamashita Sensei (6th Dan). We are a non-profit organization, and are a member of the Canadian and Ontario Kendo Federations. Classes are held at the Tansley Woods Community Centre, 1996 Itabashi Way, Burlington, every Monday, from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m., from September to June.

"The way of the sword," is an intense martial art requiring skill, discipline, respect, focus, and stamina,

and is a great cardio workout!
